The original character and layout of the house was maintained during the restoration. The removal of a part of the ceiling revealed the historical roof construction with its ancient oak beams and embellished the house on a grand scale with rooms of 5 metres in height. The bright living room with its original open fire is very spacious (42m²). Next to that is the typical huge Périgord kitchen (33m²) with its fireplace by the table. On the other side of the kitchen there are two ground-floor bedrooms off a large hallway: one large bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and wash-hand basin and a bedroom next to a separate bathroom with shower and WC. A staircase from the hallway leads up to the first floor to a small double room and a spacious bedroom with a cot and three single beds and a bright bathroom with shower and WC.

La Gravette (174 m² living space) houses 9 people plus a baby. Views from the house are unobstructed, it is surrounded by three large terraces and has a modern 13 metre long pool with an outside shower, light-flooded pool house and large wooden sun-decks.

La Gravette is also equipped with hot water, electric central heating, a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric cooker and oven, telephone, satellite TV, stereo/CD player and wireless internet.
